It’s not easy having diabetes, but optimum health can be achieved.  My Life Matters will highlight people whose lives have been impacted by diabetes.  My Life Matters will provide a way of giving hope to those that are taking control and managing their diabetes and hopefully make everyone realize it’s a Family Affair!
